This massager is definitely small and powerful. It has 10 different massage modes and the on/off button lights up. It's also not quiet...actually pretty noisy for it's size. It easily targets small areas for relief. The small size makes it easy to carry and store.

The packaging is SO tiny. I'm not sure why the product image has like a 2-litre bottle sized product sitting on a woman's hand considering this is smaller than a standard Highlighter, but that's marketing for you. I was skeptical at first with the size, but it does pack a punch. As other reviewers have mentioned though, it is NOT silent by any stretch of the imagination, so I felt the need to remove a star considering it has "silent" in the product title and that is definitely not the case. Also I got the silver by default, but it's a very -reflective- silver, so if you don't want a MIRROR in your hand while doing whatever you're doing, grab a different hue.

The media could not be loaded.  This little massage tool is only about 3 inches long, but it is quite powerful. It has such strong vibration that it literally rotates by itself in my hand!
