FLAME&SHADE 9 ft Double Top Solar Powered Outdoor Market Patio Table Umbrella with LED Lights and Tilt

I love the umbrella but the lights only worked for the first day. They show up during the day but at night you can't see them.

A couple months after purchase, one row of the LEDs stopped working. Not a big deal, because they aren't that bright anyway. However, about a month later, the knot that connects the umbrella ring to the crank rope came un-done and and the now free crank rope pulled into the pole assembly. To fix this, the umbrella would have needed disassembly and the rope rethreaded through the top pulley. This might not have even worked. I contacted the Seller, and they did not recommend this repair. Instead, they sent me a new one very quickly within a week or so! Upon inspection of the new umbrella, I noticed the knot slipping during cranking and about to come undone. I untied their knot and tied a bowline knot instead with a stop knot at the end of the loose end. No way this is coming undone now! The umbrella fabric is really nice and the crank works well. Good value for the money, and the seller is great on the customer service.

This is a very well made umbrella, and the solar lights add a special touch for the evening. The center light is strong enough to be able to read. Just perfect for summer evenings. Fabric is attractive; has a soft sheen to it. Overall, super pleased with this.

Arrived with dirt/stains on umbrella fabric. I didn’t want to return as it is so large and needed it for a party. Cleaned it the best I could. Still see the stains.

The media could not be loaded.  FedEx delivered and the end of the box was open before we got to open it ourselves, so it led me to believe the solar top might be missing from the box because I was looking at the top of the patio umbrella without a solar panel where you might expect it to be. Nonetheless, once we pulled the umbrella out of the box, we found the solar panel topper was actually taped to the pole on the inside underneath the umbrella fabric. Mystery solved! Also, the umbrella comes with 3 AA 800mah rechargeable batteries already inside of the solar panel ready to be charged by the sunlight so no need to unscrew the solar panel to put in batteries. Just plug it in and wait the recommended 8 hours of daylight to have your first night out under your new solar lit umbrella. They suggest replacing the batteries each year, so be prepared to buy rechargeable batteries. We followed the instructions to plug the solar panel in on top of the umbrella and proceeded to put the umbrella into the stand and cranked it up and open. It felt like we were extending the crank a little beyond its limit but we needed to in order to put the security pin into place. When night came we turned on the lights and were so happy to see that they were in fact WARM WHITE LIGHTS and the center light makes all the difference!! So many reviews of other umbrellas not giving off enough light. Well, not this umbrella! This umbrella is worth EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR. Make the investment. You won't be disappointed! P.S. I have no idea if this fabric will fade or if the metal will rust. I'm just happy with the present outcome and beautiful lighting (40 lights, 5 per rib + center pole - all warm white). Plus, the 2-tier look is so fancy! It makes you feel like you are at a resort!

Looks great, easy to put together, easy to use. Great to have double top to let breeze through. Lights look lovely and functional. Only subtracted the one star for having a light out that won't work even with the replacement bulb. Not worth the hassle to return and reorder. That wouldn't scare me off at this price though.

It worth the price and it reasonable and I hope it last at least few years does light.

So this was the second and third umbrella I purchased from Amazon. The first umbrella, of a different brand, didn't tilt and upon reordering, they didn't have the teal color so I ended up purchasing this one. I was very excited when it arrived. Upon opening I found that the solar panel that attaches to the top of the umbrella was not in the box. I had to return an umbrella yet again. Customer service was great and they sent me out a replacement. It was delivered timely and all the parts were included. If purchasing an umbrella, I suggest you open it immediately and make sure all the parts are included and all the functions are in working order.The color is great and the lights are a softer yellow glow instead of the harsh white.
