This is my review of the 2mm cutting diameter version of this bit, with a flute size of 6mm and 1/4" shank.In other words, it cuts a 2mm minimum width to a maximum depth of 6mm and fits in a router collet suitable for 1/4" shanks.It cost me just under £10 - which is cheap for quality router bits!I bought it to produce a thin, shallow decorative straight cut in MDF and to help cut out alpha-numeric characters from 6mm MDF.This is a quality router bit. Extremely sharp and fits very nicely in my cordless XR Dewalt router.Cutting is effortless with no stalling or scorching of the wood.Cuts are very clean and sharp, with no tearing in MDF.Rotation is spot on - no side to side motion.Supplied in a nice, protective plastic tube-like case.Great value bit which does the job admirably!Hope I've helped :-)

Great for drop down sills

My router arrived and fitted my router and, being 2mm, was 1mm smaller than the 3mm one I’d used previously. It’s nice send sharp and perfect for the job in hand! 🙂

I originally purchased this router bit for a single project that needed some narrow 4mm slots cut into MDF boards. I made an adjustable width jig to do the grooves accurately and the results were excellent. I have since used this bit and the jig on many other projects where precise grooves are required. It has stayed sharp and I use it on plywood or MDF.

Fraise de 9mm, ce qui a de plus classique pour la fraise sauf ça taille bien sur, elle taille bien pour de petit usinage dans le bois, ça suffit amplement, prix très attractif, s’est pour cela que je l’ai commandé, il me fallait des pré-percage a 8mm, et elle a était parfaite pour cela même dans du mdf Valchromat qui est bcp plus dense que le mdf, la fraise n’a pas bougé, ni changé de couleur, elle est telle quel, après une quinzaine de trou , sur place en plus, avec plusieurs passe , pas de problème, je recommande cette fraise, marque..
