Fun in the sun to make art
What fun for children up to senior citizens. The sheets have an instruction sheet. Once a sheet is exposed to the sun. Put anything you want. Example, keys, leaves, ring, pencils, flower, etc., etc. Once you have you items down and then wait. In done, put the sheet under water and then let it dry. What fun to see the end product that is light objects with dark blue background. Use you art for cards, strips for bookmarks, frame you art, etc. Have a group and share how each person's results. Fun!

Ready to go set
This is a ready to go set of pre-prepared cyanotype paper, which arrives in a light proof bag and a few small plastic sleeves to help hold items in place as you are working with the paper in the sun. Remember to leave your paper in the light proof bag and only pull out as many sheets as you are ready to work with. The paper will start exposing as soon as the sun hits it. Instead of using the plastic sleeves that were provided, I opted for a piece of plexiglass to hold items in place so they wouldn't move or shift with the wind. The pre-treated paper works well and is perfect for working with kids on a quick fun project. I've worked with the chemicals to mix and prepare my own surfaces, which takes time and a dark place for the chemicals to dry before exposing with the sun. This kit gives you a ready to go project for anyone interested in creating fun cyanotype prints. After the paper, with your object of choice on top, has finished exposing (I usually wait 15-20 minutes), rinse the paper until the areas that blocked the sun rinse clear and you only see white. The rest of the page should shift to a nice blue. I did have some pages stay warped after rinsing and drying, but I was able to mostly flatten them for the final result. This is quite a fun kit, I am happy with the paper.

Fun and Easy to use
This was a fun summer art project to do with my kids. I love plants, so I made prints of plants. I could set it up inside without it deveoping, and then move it outside to the sun.

Sort of a bummer
I was really excited for these, I haven’t seen them since I was a kid! They came in a dark black bag & I had high hopes, but the papers seem like they’ve already been exposed to the sun, before even opening. The papers are already a pale color so there isn’t much room for change. The flowers and leaves and items we used barely made a print. These are a pretty big disappointment, If you’re looking for a bold print, skip these.
