Great solution at a great price! So, I did a little research to find some way to get rid of a small hard deep cyst on my left cheek near the jawline. My dermatologist said my only permanent solution was surgery, which would also cause a scar. What bothered me most about it was the attention-drawing discoloration and raised surface. I put together a daily regime of vitamins and external compress treatment. I am NOT a doctor. After only four days of this new regime, I can no longer feel the cyst by touch. The discoloration has greatly improved. I am finally making progress without surgery! DAILY VITAMINS: Zinc 15mg/day Vitamin A 5,000 IU/day NAC 600mg/day SURFACE TREATMENT: Warm compress 2x a day for 20 minutes with a moist chamomile tea bag on top of cyst under the compress. This compress strap is comfortable and versatile. Super easy to use and store away. Affordable and well made. Bonus? Removable packets attach in place with velcro.

This ice pack was a life saver!! Having 4 of them to be able to switch them out and keep icing was nice! It was comfortable and helped ease so much pain & swelling after having all of my teeth extracted. Highly recommend!

I purchased this for my post tonsillectomy recovery and am so glad I did. The material is soft, lightweight, and comfortable against the skin. It conforms well to the shape of the face and secures at the top of the head, allowing for an adjustable fit that can be worn loosely or snugly. One feature I particularly appreciated is that it comes with four freezer packs, which makes it easy to rotate them and have a fresh cold pack ready more often. Like most head wraps of this type, the cold doesn’t last as long as I would like, which is the main reason I rated it four stars instead of five. I also found it useful without the inserts to gently compress my head and neck during the night, which helped relieve discomfort. While I haven’t yet tried using it as a heat pack, I appreciate that the option is available. Overall, I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to others, especially for post surgical recovery or headache relief.

Great for me as I just had tonsils and adenoids removed. Would also be great for wisdom teeth! Comfortable. I have a tiny head and it’s very sizable. I think someone with a big head would probably be able to use it. No issues with it moving and quality of the ice packs and the sleeve itself is pretty good. Thicker material. Super easy to use. Has good instructions right on the product. 10/10

Great way to soothe a sore jaw and reduce inflammation after oral surgery. It’s quite large, so someone with a small face may have to tweak the fit a bit. The ice packs don’t seem to stay cold for as long as some other ice packs, but since it comes with extra packs, you can simply rotate them out as needed. Super easy to use and the ear holes are a plus. Recommend purchasing this before you have your oral surgery, that way it is ice cold and ready to go when you are needing it.

This was absolutely amazing after I got my wisdom teeth removed. It fit comfortably and held the ice packs firmly where I needed them. It was super easy to use and definitely helped keep the swelling & pain down after surgery. It was even fairly comfortable to sleep in which was great! All in all 10/10 for effectiveness & price

Loved it for swelling it worked for about a month then I noticed the seals were splitting and the gel was spilling out .. thought it was mabey one but now all of them are split.. so it worked great for a bit but disappointed in gel packs..
