Q: Does it need to be mixed through-out the tank. or is it ok if startron were added to a full tank because it will then blend with the rest of the gas?

I have a neighbor who had a 200 gallon tank 3/4 full of old fuel. He treated the whole tank with startron and I suspect he over dosed a. It knowing him. He let the tank set for about 30 hours and the whole tank was treated and acceptable when he opened the spigot on the tank. It’s easy to tell bad fuel by the smell. It’s also easy to tell your fuel has been recovered by smell. He used all 150 gallons and even fueled up his 2018 Corvette with fuel from the tank.

Q: Is this useful in old engines using now using "REC 90" (old fashioned) gas???

Star Tron is formulated to be used in all "gas" to include gas blended with ethanol (e10) as well as ethanol-free gas (Rec 90). Star Tron can be used in all engines, both old and new.

Q: 9year old tank of 2-stroke gas in jet ski. What to do with gas?

Drain it and dispose of in accordance with local and state regulations. Call your local solid waste department or a local fire department or an auto parts store/repair facility to determine who can accept old fuel for disposal.

Q: I intend to use this to stabilize gas stored in storage containers for use in my generator and snowblower as needed. Any issues for this usage?

I have used it for that purpose for years and it seems to handle storage issues just fine. I have had the same gas in my old farm tractor for several years and it still starts instantly any time I want to use it.
