I have PCOS and potentially other conditions that cause super heavy periods and these pants are a life saver. Soft material with comfortable style and stitching, you can add a pad or use them without and you can forget you are wearing them that's how comfy they are!

I was initially very happy with this purchase as they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. But as I wore them more i noticed the elastic has started to mishape and is all scrunched up inside. Also takes 3x longer to dry than normal clothes. Absorbancy is ok

Surprisingly durable, as I’ve washed these so many times and they still look and feel as good as new.Also super comfortable, particularly for sport. I wear them running and gym glasses.

These are not good once washed the absorption part in the underwear turn in to something like tracing paper.Very poor quality.

Out of all the period pants I’ve tried so far these are my faves. They are ENORMOUS in that they cover my tummy and my bum and all the bits I want covered, and I’m all about comfort especially during my period. They are a nice silky feeling material almost like swimsuit material. I haven’t tried them on their own with a heavy flow but they work well for lighter days and I’ve had no problems with leakage or odour etc. They also wash really well. Thumbs up from me!

The silky fabric is ultra-comfortable and would not show under form-following leggings or trousers. However, the thin fabric has the downside that it goes not disguise the bulky leak-proof insert between the legs. I have previously bought period pants on the high street which were made of a stouter fabric, more effective in this respect. I could not perceive that those were any different from "normal" knickers.I am an elderly woman, so the "mild incontinence" function is what I seek. Being a "belt & braces" sort of person, I now wear this kind of pants all the time, teamed with light "daily" pads. This has given me great peace of mind, even when I find myself , as often happens these days, marooned far from a public convenience.I usually wear bikini-style knickers, but I have been agreeably surprised to find that these high waisted ones are also comfortable. They seem to come true to size.The current price of £9.99 does seem a little high. You can save £1 per pair if you order a 3-pack, but as no Free Returns are offered, you might not want to take that risk. There is also a 10% reduction available if you order by 15th January 2024.

I am pleasantly surprised with these underwear. They are soft and comfortable and even though they are thick, they feel thin. I have very heavy period flows so I wasn't expecting this to be very effective for me. They lasted me all day with no leakage however they don't last all night for me. Once they reach their capacity to absorb liquid, they will leak so I usually use two pairs, one during the day and then another that I will change into before I go to bed. Now, I know they didn't last all night for me but that doesn't mean they won't last all night for others. My period flows are quite heavy so I wasn't surprised. One thing I will recommend when wearing them is adding a panty liner for the first day or two of your period to catch the uh...clot that your body expels. The underwear won't absorb that and the liner just makes it easier to remove it from the underwear. It also advertised that you will feel dry all day/night wearing these and for the most part that is true...except for when you pull them back up after every time you have finished using the toilet. Other than that, yes you stay feeling pretty dry.As for washing, they are machine washable but I would wash them separately rather than washing them with clothes.

Fabric, band and style is great but I ordered small and they sent Large. So disappointed because now I have to take my time and gas to drive an hour to return it at the closest ups store while I wait for the correct item to arrive. Hoping they send the right size this time…

I like that these are full protection, and very leakproof.The sizing seems to be accurate. I chose a large I believe, and they fit great.Refer to their size chart and you will be good.They're thick yet feel thin, not crunchy like some other brands..I think these would also be good for small bladder leakage as they are absorbent, and machine washable.

I had high hopes for these. I am very high hipped, so the super high waist was promising. They are lined front to back, which is fantastic for sleep. They're soft and stretchy and not binding on my thighs. They're a little bulky, but that's fine for nighttime too. However. These are built for an hourglass, and I'm a rectangle. The leg holes are loose, which is worrying for leaks, and the waistband is tight, which is not nice when I'm bloated. The elastic in the waist is also about an inch tall, but is so thin that it folded in half in my sleep and I doubt it'll ever unfold. I might replace the elastic with something sturdier and a little looser. I'll still use these, but I'll also keep looking for the ideal brand.

I bought this for my sister, she love it, it is resistant, good absorption, easy to clean, the material is soft and comfortable to use, if you have a heavy bleeding you will need changed often during the day.
