This glass container is useful for so many things. One thing it's not too useful for is storing nail powder or acrylic liquid. Holding while you're using it, yes, but not storing. The lid merely rests on top of the jar, there is no sealing, so your liquid will evaporate and your powder will absorb moisture and humidity from the air if store long term in the jar. But it is a beautiful little jar for holding these items while you're working. It's a pale pinkish lavender color that's really attractive. In addition to mail powders and liquids it would make a very nice holder for anything small you'd like to keep in there: cotton balls, rhinestone charms, jewelry, candy...

This Nail Dappen Dish with Lid can be used for a variety of things beyond nail art. It's a small size. It's very cute! Not only does it work fine for nail polish remover or to hold your rhinestones or other decorations for nail design, it could be used on a bathroom counter for cotton balls, a place to put your jewelry, a medicine box, coins, etc. Very cute multifunctional dish.

The media could not be loaded.  This dappen dish is much larger, than what I thought it would be. It's diameter is over 2½". I'm used to using the really small 1¼" diameter dappen dishes, with acetone or isopropyl alcohol. This dappen dish is meant to be used with acrylic powder and monomer, which why it's much larger in size. I mainly got this dappen dish because of the purple color. Though, I was also hoping this lid might help keep acetone from evaporating as quickly as my much smaller dappen dish's lid does. The lid does seem to fit this dappen dish better and more evenly than my smaller one does. But, I don't think it will work any better, to help prevent acetone from evaporating as quickly. I think it probably needs some sort of gasket around the lid, to help with that. I will update my review, if this dappen dish happens to help keep acetone longer than my small dappen dish. Feels well made, it’s thick glass and feels sturdy. It doesn’t feel like it will knock over easily, and I finally have a decent size dappen jar, add to that, it comes with a glass lid that’s very easy to open and close. It is a decent size but it’s still easy to dip my acrylic brushes in. I have not ran into any problems while using so far. It’s also easy to clean too. There were no scratches, chips or cracks .Overall, good quality, works as intended, and would recommend.

This dappen dish is trinket box sized, made of heavy glass, and multi-functional. As a dappen dish, the lid can be used to hold your rings while you work, and as a brush rest.If not holding monomer, you can keep your crystals, charms, and beads together while you're sorting placement so they stay put.A very elegant addition for your nail art space.I have been given this product and tested it for review. Dappen Dish, Stash Jar, call it what you will, it's a nice glass dish with a lid in purple. It's on the medium side as far as the thickness of the glass goes, so you'll want to be careful with it and not let it hit the floor. It is a fairly large dish as far as "the little things" go, so I'm sure you'll be able to find a use for it in no time, and again, and again. Definitely recommend.

It's big enough to really work my brush in. Hate tiny dappen dishes. It's beautiful and looks great on my nail desk.
