I tried three other top-rated standing desk risers before choosing this one. I love everything about it. This is the only design that consolidates the lift mechanism and overall support into one central pedestal. That makes it look cleaner and sleeker while keeping things less busy and more open below the platform. If you are concerned that this would make it unstable, that’s not the case. I have found it to be quite sturdy and well balanced.I also like how the top surface and keyboard shelf are not contoured. This gives you far more room on which to work. So many of these standing desk platforms have huge ‘ergonomic’ cutouts, deep curves and worthless peninsulas of real estate. This one gives you two huge rectangular surfaces for staging your workspace.The build quality and materials are top quality, too. It’s heavy-duty, durable and very attractive. In my finicky opinion, this is the best standing desk platform out there.

Ok so it did not come with instructions but you only have to assemble the keyboard. So if you look at the picture it is easy to determine. I am not mechanically inclined and I figured it out. Other than that, it is a super cool desk and easy to use up and down.

It is really worthful for the cost

I did a lot of research before deciding on this particular standing desk. I chose it because I am 6'3" tall, it provides a Max height of 20".....most desks I saw were 16-17". Shipping was Prime, I got it in 2 days. Packaging was perfect, no damages, all pieces were there. Set up was a breeze, it took 5 minutes. Only complaint is the poor quality of the instructions page provided. I have used it for 3 days now, and LOVE the option of sitting or standing while at my desk! My 20" monitor, keyboard, mouse & ergonomic mouse pad, desk phone, cell phone, notebook & pen, as well as my bottle of water all fit with ease. This is my favorite Amazon purchase in years!

This is my first experience with a standing desk therefore I don't have a good frame of reference of how this compares to other products in its category. I bought this because of the good reviews that this company has on its other products. I was pleased with the ease of assembly and it feels fairly stable. I had a little bit of learning curve on the right amount of force to exert when adjusting it. Overall, I would recommend it.

Bought 3 of these standing desks a couple of weeks ago for our EMT & Clinical coordinators & Paramedic Program Director. These guys LOVE their standing desks! Just bought 2 more for our Admin Assistants who requested the same standing desk after hearing the guys rave about them & seeing for themselves how they work. Figure purchasing 5 of the same item is as good a review as you can get, so anyone out there looking for a great product, THIS IS THE ONE!

It was super easy to set up and works great! We've now bought 4 of these for employees so they can stand if they want while working. It has ample space for two monitors and raises and lowers quickly and smoothly. I'm waiting to see if the raising mechanism stays strong but so far so good. I'm sure we'll be buying more of these!

I definitely have more room on my desk than i did with the Varidesk. Having th cord straps is very helpful. However whenever you lift the desk up or down, the whole desk moves. Not a bad thing just annoying sometimes.
