Age appropriate
I have used the silver version since they came out. A lot of people think you cannot tell if supplements are necessary. Un controlled test....ME....I am 85 and not a thing amiss anywhere....well my feet hurt a bit more than I would like but they always have if I use them hard. And I do. Is it the vitamins? Who knows but I still take them.
