Mind Benders Book 8 Workbook - Deductive Thinking Skills Puzzles (Grades 7-12)

I love the whole Mind Benders series. I have used them in my homeschool for many years. From early elementary kids to my seniors finishing high school we have started the day with a Mind Bender puzzle. When the kids were little we nicknamed them brain dusters. It really did help get them fully awake and thinking in a fun way.

Great puzzle book for my 15 year old- she likes it

I remember doing and loving these kind puzzles when I was in elementary school! I came across these and couldn’t resist the challenge! These don’t disappoint! My husband became curious about what the heck I was concentrating on so much and we turned completing each puzzle into a competition! We copy the pages, each take one and see who can complete it CORRECTLY, first!

So excited to re-find and receive this before an international flight! Pages are perforated, but it doesn't work to tear them out one at a time, the grid and coordinating clues are seen when the book is open flat, so if you tore a page out, it would be clues from one exercise and the grid from another. Pages seem a little thin, use a pencil or ball point pen, no felt tips.

My teens love these critical thinking mind benders. They work on them together, lots of laughter, great lessons, a wonderful way to think critically

I bought this for our 13 year old who struggles with comprehension but she found it very difficult and lost interest quickly. Our 19 year old however, loves it and has claimed it.

My 12-year old daughter finds this very challenging. She likes to sit in the evening and work on it.
