A little hard to get to work the first time but worth the effort! I love the changing colors and that you can stop it on any color you like at that moment.

I had one of these years ago and I lost it. This one was an open box and I jumped on it. I love it. Perfect for my bedroom. The sleep sounds are nice and no speaker glitches at all. I used clove oil and it is so warming and great for stress relief. The lights are great, and can have the intensity lower.

I loved this diffuser so much. It was so quiet, diffused well, and I loved the meditation music. Unfortunately it quit working within one month of purchase, and that was under normal use. I’m very disappointed. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer but I haven’t heard back yet. I will be returning this item and likely not buying from this company again. The product is too expensive to be this unreliable. Thankfully I’m still in the window of opportunity to return it. I will update my review if I hear back from the manufacturer.Edit: I never heard back from the manufacturer and I had to pay out of pocket to return this item, and it was not cheap to return. I will never buy from this manufacturer again.

This is the best diffuser I’ve ever owned or seen anywhere. It’s super quiet and works in several different settings. It can be used to work in internals or all the time, however you prefer. If I use the interval setting, then it lasts me about 12-18 hrs!!! It turns off automatically, after all water has evaporated, so you don’t need to worry about turning it off. It has different lights setting and also music. I’ve owned different diffusers before and this is by far the best of of all of them. I’m a very sensitive person to sounds. And this diffuser is so quiet. And it’s very beautiful too. I have one in my room. Had it for about a year now. Use it very often. Works wonderful for me. Has a remote that you can use from any spot in the room to control settings. Ordered another one for our living room . Should arrive next week

Bought this diffuser over a year ago. The diffuser must have been dropped by our cleaning lady because the bottom plastic casing was cracked in a couple of places when I went to pick it up off the counter one day. The vendor sent me a replacement right away. Not sure why other negative reviews on the vendor are on this product but I've had no issues reaching them. The vendor messaging is via the Amazon site so that may be why they do not think they are getting a response (emails come through the amazon address). Am very happy with this product and the vendor responsiveness! The remote has all types of options for automatic on and off features, lighting, music and of course diffusing the oil. BTW, you can simply turn on the lighting and music and NOT user the oil diffuser if you want. You just have to read the instructions that came with the product! If you cannot find them look on the vendor site.

Attractive diffuser and very quiet as advertised. Not super crazy about the essential oils included, but you can use your own preferred scents. Noticed in the product information “Costco” so I decided to look online at Costco’s website. Sure enough — if you have a membership, you can purchase this identical product for $69.00 including shipping.

I’ve had a lot of diffusers and this one lasts the longest and makes zero noise. Please keep on making this one! Colors are pretty too

Not only did it not include the oil samples as it is supposed to, but the remote didn't work! I was able to turn it on via the power button on the bottom, but because the remote does not work it's not possible to use the lights, music, or to turn the diffuser on and off easily. After paying such a high price, it should work properly with all functionality!Thinking this was just a bad unit, I had Amazon send a replacement. The EXACT SAME THING happened! The unit itself turned on via the power button, but the new remote did not work and again the oil samples were also not included.This product is pretty to look at, but considering that it does not include what's advertised and doesn't even work properly, it is a total scam. I will be returning both units and looking for a different diffuser that is equally pretty but actually works...
