I would say this is exactly as described.I ordered an L and it fits nicely.Material is thin and a bit see through. Just the part around the neck and front is double as you can see in the pictures.I like it and it will work for what I need it, which is to wear it over a sleeveless dress. Perfect for those that feel self conscious about their arms and light enough to wear during summer.
