Q: How do I remove the old blade?

The very base of the wiper arm (the arm, not the wiper itself) has a cap with a hinge. Spread the "flaps" on the plastic cover, and tip the plastic cover back. That will give you access to pivot the wiper arm all the way back to change the blade.

Q: Is this blade actually 11". description says 12" long. my oem blade is 11". a 12" blade will hit the roof spoiler.

"A 12" blade will hit the roof spoiler" - this is true for 2014 Grand Chrokee as well.

Q: Will this fit a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo?
