Asked for standard 10 & got 11 & 12 th class books!!
The books I received are an absolute disaster. First, I specifically needed standard 10 books, but instead, I got ones for classes 11 and 12—completely useless to me. To make things worse, there's no index, making it impossible to find topics. And the condition? It's beyond unacceptable. The books are practically falling apart, covered in mold, and stained with what looks like some disgusting liquid. This is not just careless; it’s downright disrespectful. How could anyone even think of sending something in this state?
