I am very pleased with this pressure washer hose reel. Easy assembly, fitted great on my pressure washer. I was a little disappointed with the parts for hooking up the hose, it doesn't come with quick connection parts, I had to go and purchase my own. When I purchased my pressure washer, it came with quick connection fittings. I would recommend this hose reel to friends and family.

I wish I had bought this long ago, it makes my pressure washer setup much more user friendly. Reeling up the hose is so much nicer than coiling it over a hose hanger on the wall. It looks very organized and worked easy enough even my younger kids can use it. The only issue after 2 months of use is the brass threaded fitting is leaking. I have replaced the Teflon tape 2 times, I added liquid thread sealer, and have tightened it to the point I feel like I'm going to twist it off and it just won't stop leaking. It leaks when there is hose pressure and you're not pulling the trigger. So I have to bleed the hose after every use so it doesn't end up all over my garage floor and under benches. It would be 5 stars if the leaking would stop.

First and foremost there is no website for m mingle therefor NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WARRANTY! Absolute junk leaks from where the connector is by the handle, from the thing that comes through the hole in the middle this piece isn’t something that has an O ring or anything it’s just poorly welded cheaply manufactured JUNK! Do not purchase this at all! Waste of money

As noted by others, reel elbow can crimp hose so made extra hose slack for curvature before attaching hose clamp (photo). Assembly ok, but deviated from instructions by making hose connection to pressure washer first to allow hose to freely twist when tightening to pressure washer, then attached hose end with rotating connector to reel elbow. Separately bought a double female adapter to connect to pump as whip hose and pump both had male threads. Questioned purpose of reel cam lock as separate reel locking pin works fine. Tools and extra bolt/nut included. Mounted on Northern Tool NorthStar PW round pull handle so hose slack does not hit when winding and it is not tippy with added weight. Still have room to use pull handle.
