EF - Crispy Fried Onions, 400g (14 oz), Kosher, Halal, Product of Netherlands

So these are very good, but my only thing is that it came to me more as crumbs/dust. Which is fine for my purposes, heck I may even prefer it this way. But folks should be aware that due to how these come in a bubble mailer, you may end up with pulverized dust/crumbs. Again, I was OK with this and it tasted fine to me, so for my own personal rating, im going 5 stars.

This may be on me, as I have never used anything except the usual French’s onions before, but these are not the same if that’s what you’re looking for. They’re good, they just are smaller, less crunchy pieces than I was expecting. Taste fine, just not the salty goodness I was hoping for

I ate a handful of these. More than once. It's not big pieces but they are the right balance of flavor, not too salty and are quite crispy.

Just open op for the crispy onions , but they are old. They flavor are really bad, and taste Harsh.

The fried onion tastes fresh and crunchy without any oily taste. It’s very crunchy but because it’s stored in a bag, lots of the pieces got broken so they aren’t big as they should be. They are still very tasty regardless. I like that they are coated with very little flour so you still get all the onion flavor. I would have prefer that it comes in a resealable bag so it’s a small enough bag that I can use it up before it loses its crunchiness.

These fried onion that's have lots of different uses. They are great sprinkled over a salad, on top of vegetables, on top of a casserole, or in the breading for fried foods.The bag I received was definitely much smaller pieces than I usually expect from crispy fried onions in other brands - this is good if you're planning to crush them up anyway, but may not be preferable if you wanted the larger chunks for the top of a casserole. The taste was fresh, although slightly more oily than the red canister I usually buy.The price is certainly a bargain, you're getting a lot of onion for under eight dollars.Since it is such a large bag, I wish it was resealable. Unless you're planning on making a very large dish, you will need to find a an airtight container to reseal these and maintain freshness.

A product of the Netherlands these crispy fried onion bits/crumbs are a good tasting way to add flavor and texture to everything from salads and soups to baked dishes like mac and cheese or green bean casserole. I sprinkled some on a baked potato and it was a delicious addition. The ingredient list is brief—onions, palm oil, wheat flour and salt—and there are no artificial flavors or colors or preservatives. Note the bag is not re-sealable so after opening it may be wise to move the onions to an air tight container to maintain freshness as long as possible. Excellent.

The onions in the bag don’t look like the photo. They were much smaller pieces as if they had been crushed. Now that doesn’t affect their flavor but if you are looking for garnish like the famous brand of fried onions, this bag may not be for you. If you just want to add flavor to a salad then it may be ok. I thought they were a lot greasier than the name brand too. But they have a decent flavor. I probably wouldn’t order them again because of the extra oil and Ben g more crushed than I anticipated.
