150 Pack Disposable Rain Ponchos with Hood Emergency

Our organization has ordered these several times to add to the bags that we hand out to the houseless citizens in our area. They are sturdy, lightweight, colorful, and a great one size fits all. We will continue to purchase these as needed.

We take meals too some of our more vulnerable friends, who are out in the cold either because they're trying to sell papers and raise money or they're completely unhoused. These are fantastic. They're thin, so they're light and strong, and the price is good enough that we can put a main course of food in one bag, and the Comfort items like hot hands, applesauce, bottled water Etc in another, and add those items on top of the main course when we go to hand them out.

Perfect for a marching band that marched in a rainy parade. These fit all of our members and were study enough for a 2 mile parade. Everyone stayed (mostly) dry and only a few minor rips and tears.

This is a huge pack of rain ponchos. They come in five different colors: green, pink, yellow, blue, and clear. The ponchos are in bundles of 10 with 3 bundles of each color. All of the writing on the packaging is written in Chinese except the part that says, “Made in China”. Each poncho is individually wrapped. The ponchos are like a cheap, thin trash bag with sleeves and a hood. The seams are on the outside edges of the ponchos. These are meant for emergency single use only. They are meant to be thrown away after use. The hood is a little small and I felt like it was going to fall off the back of my head and had to keep pulling it forward. The opening at the neck is large and spacious but there is no way to tighten it up once you have the poncho on, so you may get water in from the neckline. (See picture for gap at the neck). The poncho came down to just below my knees and I am 5 ft 4 in tall. These ponchos are labeled as Extra-Large size but seem a little tight. The seam at the neck came apart and started a hole within a couple minutes of wear. The plastic of the poncho is fairly strong and has a little bit of a stretch, but once it gets a hole, it tears very easily. The sleeves were a little long for me, so I had to curl them up, but they were a good length for my husband. These rain ponchos do what they're supposed to do - keep you dry in the rain, but you will sweat in them. This is not unexpected as it is the nature of a disposable rain poncho. This is a huge pack of ponchos with 150 in the case. I suggest using this for a large group or event. Because all of the writing on them is in Chinese, you will need to print a new label if you want to resell them.

These were bought to donate to a homeless shelter. They are not tear-resistant, but they are cheap enough that I can purchase in bulk so more homeless will have at least some protection from rain
