Absolutely brilliant for chemically straightened afro hair
I've been using this mainly on my hair (straightened afro hair). It makes it super soft and manageable - it's far superior to anything I've tried: Frizzease / Loreal Extraordinary oil / Keracare silken seal / Organic roots simulator olive oil glossing polisher - are all good but this coconut oil gives much better results! And as it's refined it means you don't get that faint whiff of coconut, which is great if you're blending it with essential oils - I would always have trouble finding essentials oils that would complement the other coconut oils that I've tried.I'll definitely be ordering more when it runs out and I highly recommend it for afro hair.

Stunning
This is such an incredible quality product! I've been working with oil for years as a massage therapist, so it takes a bit to surprise me, but with this one you managed :) I often choose the oil even over my expensive face moisturiser cos its able to give me a baby girl complexion the next morning. The bucket packaging is also very, very handy.

So many uses, great for your skin, hair, nails, cooking etc
I decided to try this as I had persistent dry itchy shins and all commercial products weren't making a difference, after using this for a week it all but disappeared.I made a face moisturizer by adding vitamin E and peppermint oil and I have definitely seen long term results and a little goes a long way. It comes as a solid block but melts at body temperature. There's no smell as it is an oil so I add essential oils to liven it up a bit, very good value for money and so much better than commercial products!

Just as it says on the tub. Would have liked a closed one though!
The oil seems fine, and I like that it comes in a reusable bucket. I would however liked the bucket to be fully closed in case of hot weather as mine was left open on one side, if it had melted that wouldn’t be great!

Quality product, flimsy tub
Tub arrived cracked across the base as insufficient packaging did not fully support the rather lightweight tub, certainly less strong than previous order. As the oil is solid, very little escaped and a wipe down with alcohol then gaffa tape will hopefuly do the job- so a stronger tub and better packaging is needed.
