This product is great and covers gray hair well, I loved it, but they should protect it better when they ship it, when I opened it it was a little spilled.

I bought a different color and had no problems. I tried a different color and the formula seemed different. More runny or watery. I even left it in longer but isn’t hiding my stubborn greys

I took a chance on this product, it really works.Hated using the box dye. Make sure your hair is dry, don't add water while applying the dye shampoo. I left it on for 15min . I'll be back! Yes grays were gone. Oh and after you wash it off, add a good conditioner cause it smells like a bad fart 😆 it doesn't smell anymore. I recommend this
