First time trying this product and it truly tastes like green apple. Helps with recovery & soreness. Workout 5 days/week and feel like I have enough energy after my workouts to keep up with other activities. Dissolves without issue.

I like to use this in the morning since it has caffeine, and when I haven't had anything to eat yet so I can have some energy to exercise. So far, works fine and I feel better exercising with it than without it.It is sweet though, even witht he artificial taste, so I have to dilute it with ice and water more than I thought.

I am a fan of the idea of hydration with BCAAs added in, especially before (or after) an intense workout, and in the summer especially. This Nutricost BCAA + Hydration Powder has a very "Green Apple" taste. It is sweet tasting, but the green apple flavor is not subtle at all. I would recommend using the full 16 oz of water per scoop. Any less than 16 oz (at least for me) the flavor can be a teensy bit much. That said, this does what it says. I like to take this before or after a workout. After a 16 oz of this, I feel hydrated and don't get the lethargic vibe that can sometimes happen when I don't have enough electrolytes in me.

I am loving this BCAA hydration powder! Truly thrilled with it. The flavor is refreshingly natural, which I appreciate – quite different from the overly sweet taste I was expecting. While the recommended serving is a bit on the sweeter side, it’s easy to adjust to your taste preference. It’s a touch heavy on the salt, but that’s to be expected with hydration products like this. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the powder dissolves. For those sensitive to sucralose, be aware that the formula does include it. Overall, it’s a nice pick-me-up to enjoy during the day, helping me to stay hydrated and replenish my energy, especially after workouts.

PROS:- dissolves quickly and easily. I haven't noticed any gritty powder left at the bottom at all, and the water is only slightly "chalky" after mixing it in.- a month's supply if you use it every day (obviously longer if you don't)- green apple flavor. It's personally not my favorite and I wish it came in other flavors, but if you're a fan of natural green apples -- tangy and slightly sour -- I think you'll like it- mostly great ingredients for replenishing energy after tough workouts/daysCONS:- as I said, I'm not a fan of the green apple flavor and wish it came in a citrus flavor or mixed berry- the price is a bit high for 30 servings, but it's in the normal range- I wish it didn't have sucralose, as sucralose has been known to trigger migraines and does for me. I should have read the label more carefully before I purchased, but it's been a struggle to get through this mix, as I notice the headache before I've even finished drinking it all.All in all, if you don't mind sucralose, and if you enjoy green apple flavors, this is a decent option to try.

This has a really nice green apple flavor to it that isn't overly sweet or tart. Mixes well. Tastes best with ice, I think. Took off one star because I keep getting headaches whenever I drink it. Watering it down a bit more than specified did seem to help with that and the flavor was still good though.

Nutricost BCAA Powder has become a daily staple in my supplement regimen. The taste is great and I usually mix it with flavorless creatine. It mixes easily with water with no clumps, and no residue, and provides a smooth drink. I know I'm getting all the powder without any clumping at the bottom, because once I finish the glass there is very little residue on the sides. Just to be sure I get every particle I can, I usually fill the cup up again with water and drink that. You can never hydrate enough. This container will last a month, which is a great value. Most importantly, it has a real impact on my exercise and recovery. I've noticed significant improvements in my endurance, and the recovery time post-exercise has been remarkably reduced. This BCAA powder has become an essential part of my fitness routine. I also learned the hard way that this stuff really works, because when I stopped using it for a couple weeks, I soon noticed the difference as my exercise performance started to decline. After starting back up again, I was back to achieving new gains. I highly recommend as a great way to boost your workout potential.
