Reasonably priced, the C20-1 arrived early, mostly assembled. I took my time carefully finishing the assembly. I found it useful to look beyond the "official" assembly instructions and video. YouTube was helpful. It took about three hours to complete the assembly. I haven't ridden a bike in about 10 years (I'm 77 and have had a double knee replacement within the last year), so I mounted it with great care, ensuring before hand that I understood the controls and had recommended safety equipment. On my first ride I didn't engage the motor. After a trip around the block I felt more confident. After that first ride I adjusted the seat height. On my second ride, I did engage the motor and cruised my community. It was thrilling and liberating. My top throttle-only speed was 20 mph. After putting about 15 miles on it I decided to top off the battery charge, which had about 25% charge left. Four hours later I checked and the battery was fully charged. This bike has impressed me in every way and has lived up to its promise. I'd buy again. But mostly, I want to ride it again tomorrow.

No funciona bien no dura la batería

The media could not be loaded. It gets me to work, full throttle 8 miles up a few steep hills and still had a few bars to spare! Took me about 40mins to an hr to put together. I had to find a video on the VARUN website to figure out how to disassemble/assemble the bike seat. And also had to refer to the photos to figure out how the fender went on. I did have a lil hiccup with the battery. I thought it wasn't charging, until I found a video that showed you have to UNPLUG it, and turn the key before pressing the button to show battery life. I actually reached out to customer service because I thought the battery was bad at first, but that were very kind and helpful! I also realized that the light on the charger changes from red to green when it's all charged up. So, that's helpful. It charges pretty fast. About 3-4hrs I'd say. I charge it at night, ride to work, remove the battery and charge it up at my desk and I'm ready to roll by the time in off.I forgot to fully charge it one morning and was able to fold it up and barely got it into the trunk of a Camry and took it in an Uber! It's kinda heavy, but not unreasonable considering what you're getting, according to some friends of mine, it's way lighter than their electric bikes. I'd say it's about 65lbs maybe? But it can go fast enough! I got it up to 21-22mph on flat ground. Looooove this bike, imma get one for my daughter soon so she stops bugging me. Haha!

I am giving this a five star as review as it has worked out great for me. I am an old guy of seventy two and recently had a knee replacement . With a knee replacement you need to exercise your knee but not put pressure on it. So I can use the electric to get me up the hills and pedal gently down the hills. It was not very difficult to put together, came with in a reasonable time and compared to other bikes was very affordable.The fact it folds up is huge benefit, although heavy so it helps me to take the battery out when loading into my pick up. So far customer service has been helpful, courteous and timely. I am not a avid bike rider so cant speak to the mechanics of the unit. To me it seems to operate just fine. Gears are smooth in transition and breaks work fine. You can adjust the seat and the handle bars easily. I have only had it a few weeks so I don't know how it holds up in the long run but nothing about it seems cheap but I do think the wear of constantly folding and unfolding it will undoubtedly be harder on it than bikes that do not have that feature. The user manual is well written and not some two page instructions in poor English. I have had much pleasure being able to get outside into the fresh air and rehab my knee at the same time.MF

So much fun the only complaint is the batter life.

I love it it was for my mom and Is really good. Battery life last a lot.Full recommended
