We buy this regularly from Amazon and other sources. It's not blended with bromelin so that's a big plus. It's a high quality item. Since I'm not a doctor, and can't give medical advice, I won't comment on what we take it for but it does work. If you look up uses on the internet and think it will work for you, this is a great supplement.
