Great arch support and soft too!
We recently learned from our child’s physical therapy assessment that our child had very flat feet, and we were encouraged to explore assistive orthotics. Since our 8-year-old also has intense sensitivity when it comes to socks and shoes, we were nervous about trying something new. Thankfully, these arch-support insoles were a great choice!In the end, our child liked the insoles because they made the shoes feel softer than they were before. Although it took them a few days to adjust to the new shape, we still found these insoles helpful for our child. I recommend these to anyone looking for comfortable and supportive arch support for their children.

Review
I bought a pair of tennis shoes that had no support and hurt my feet. Someone at work had bought a pair of these inserts for their child and said their child likes them. I decided to try these in the shoes that hurt my feet. What a game changer! They are supportive and my feet do do not hurt! I have been using about 2 weeks and I like them!

Too narrow
Too narrow but my daughter has wider feet.

Work but uncomfortable
My 9yr old says they get very uncomfortable sometimes. She still wears them and they seem to work but just uncomfortable.

My boy loves these. Surprisingly even name brand shoes can come with unsupportive insoles so this was a must buy for us to prevent his foot aching. True to size. He loves the color too, would recommend it.

Helps my daughter during her work shift
Bought these to help my daughter during her work shift, because she was having some lower back and hip pain. Since getting these, she is much more comfortable!

High arch
Super high arch that has no give and it hurt me. Not a bad product just not for me. I had already cut them to size so didnt think i could return them. The company reached out to me and refunded $ and gave me a discount on my next purchase. Cant beat that!!

These insoles is very similar what my child getting from NHS. Just a little bit heavy but my child feels comfortable to use it.

A bit narrow in the middle
The media could not be loaded. Overall they are comfy but a bit narrow in the middle part. I'd recommend unless you have wide feet, the middle part is quite rigid to add support so if you have wide feet they may be uncomfortable

Great for school shoes
Ordered for my daughters school shoes as she kept complaining the soles of her feet were hurting like a sharp pain.My daughter is known to have flat feet. These are quite hard but my daughter says they are OK and help with her feet and no further pain.Other people may find them uncomfortable due to how firm/hard they are
