It's okay
I used these to block my driveway so people stop turning around in it. They are wobbly even with sand in them. I have to use cinderblocks to keep them upright.

I don't like it being made of cheap plastic. It will not serve the purpose I bought it for.

These are easy to assemble, and light-weight until you fill the base with water. I am going to use these to "rope off" my classic car when I take it to shows, because people always seem to want to park WAY too close to my car. You could use these also to delineate walkways in parking lots or just about any need to direct pedestrian or car traffic control.
