Good replacement part for an ac hose it seems to work well I'd recommend this hose

Worked well but not sure on the heat resistance feature !
I had bought a hose replacement for my 12,000 BTU last year. Compared to that hose, this one was a better design on the interface to my AC and to the window bracket. I bought this hose with the understanding that when it said that it was better resistance to heat meaning that the hose would improve the heat dissipation to the room. However, it was not the case. I felt that this hose was not better than the one I have. I bought insulation to wrap outside the hose to reduce the heat transfer into the room and it did the job for me.
