EZ Upgrade for Rheem heatpump hybrid 50 gal.
Well-built item. Installed easily on our 3 year old Rheem Proterra 50 gal. elec. water heater. I was surprised at the amount of sediment flushed out (via a hose into a white 5 gal. bucket) thanks to the full-flow feature of this drain valve. For security from kids playing around, I also added a female hose plug to the outside end of the valve, rather than remove the valve handle. 2 thumbs up for this product.
