I got this to deal with craving for cigarettes. It works, it makes you feel like you are smoking without the fumes. I guess it feels like you are smoking since it pacifies the act of smoking (going through the motions) if that makes sense. It is much better than vaping and smoking. It is hefty and feels nice when holding it, the chain is also convenient and fits nicely around the neck with room to spare and has a nice velvet case for storage . I got it in gold, it is a good quality and looks nice. It is also very discrete and looks like a nice piece of fashion jewelry. I really like this and was thinking how great this would be to have on a long flight, no fumes at all since it is basically a a metal straw. LOVE IT.

If nothing else it's a cute necklace. I do use it sometimes but I put a small piece of cotton it to give it a little drag.

I realize it might not be for everyone but it helped me stop vaping. I was unsure if this would actually help with my anxiety and with stopping vaping but for 7$ I figured it’s worth a try. Almost a month later and I am still not vaping! The material of the chain is wearing off so it’s starting to irritate my neck and sometimes I have to take it off my neck. While it’s basically a metal straw on a chain it is durable and has a slanted end so you can fiddle with the air flow. Discrete enough to pop in a pocket.

just a medal cylinder does not work if you are a smoker. Do not waste your money.

Rather than breathing in harmful chemicals it’s nice to have a way to calm the urge to vape while feeling mindful. Instead of feeling anxious after, I feel a calm sense of relief.The surgical grade stainless steel makes it lightweight but durable. My only complaint with the product is that the piece that holds the chain has a nasty habit of wanting to wrap around my tooth!

This necklace is long enough that it reaches to right below my breasts. That is exactly where I wanted it, because it is then long enough for me to take the end of it and use it for breathing in and out, and in doing so it slows my breathing and gives me more of a deep breathing effect which calms me down when my anxiety is insane! LOL it is also not huge and it is very attractive. If somebody were to look at it they would not be able to tell that it is used just slow down my breathing. I absolutely recommend this necklace to anybody dealing with any form of stress or anxiety, and even if you aren't, the length and look of the necklace make it a great choice.

It's just a small hollow piece of metal. Chain is very low quality. The straw doesn't "restrict" airflow like nicer ones.Probably $0.50 worth of material for $9, if anything the only reason it might work is the metal against your chest reminding you occasionally to breathe easier. Don't waste your money, just get a normal necklace to fidget with.

The media could not be loaded.  perfect for my needs. I have hand to mouth fixation. so this helps me from chain vaping and eating non stop.it also fills my body with the necessary oxygen instead of chemicals. I usually breath in till I cant take in anymore hold for 2 seconds and breath out slow and steady. will do this 4 to 5 times in a row.
