This was easy to use, just pop on the small square machine to work the stimulater, apply tabs to body, and switch on. It feels like tapping on the body, and you can increase the intensity as needed. I found it better to use laying flat for my tummy and abs. Easy to charge. Comes with skin pads, 3 small square stimulater machines and charging cable.

Don't waist your money

Never knew belt can making you muscle, very special design. There are a lot of little auxiliary stickers. When it shake feel amazing and fun 😅, I will continue keeping using it. Expect my muscles to show up.🤨
