Excellent shoes for Squats/DL days
Have been using these for almost couple of months now. Doing heavy squats in these shoes is highly recommended.

Bang for your buck (almost too cheap imo)
Wide Toe box - ✅Moderate heel elevation - ✅Double straps - ✅Strong and sturdy built - ✅I've been looking for "Wide toe box" lifting shoes since months now and then found these , imo you get wayy more than what your pay for especially when compared to the 4k - 6k categories lifting shoesCons1.Breathing hows holes can be increased2.Tongue needs to be wider as you have to adjust it so that it doesn't hurt your dorsum (top of the feet). I am being very nitpicky hereOverall extremely satisfied with it so far!!

Not for soft soul seekers. It’s meant for actual athletes.
What I mean is, these 👞 are not designed for your feet feel comfortable with cushion. These are meant to be hard and non slippery for specific training purposes. What Pro KVH has given me, I’m damn satisfied. My advice to fitness enthusiasts to switch to right footwear for your training. Running shoes aren’t advised for squats or even dead lifting. Avoid ankle and hip injury with running or walking shoes. I know for many, it might sound like I’m trying to sell unnecessary accessories. You’ll see improved squat posture, dead lifts without any feet wobbling and feeling safe.
