No offensive smell or taste like some,
They come well packaged with instructions on the back for dosage.The tablets are quite large but easy to swallow with some water.My partner has chrones so thought these may help him especially with his immunity.They do not smell upon opening and have no nasty flavour when taking which is great.He’s taken the dosage specified with no ill side effects.His chrones I don’t think has been as bad recently and his gut more comfortable.Only time will tell if they have more benefits.

This is a review of 'Turkey Mushroom – 540mg x 120 Capsules – High Strength Extract – 20% Beta Glucan – Fruiting Bodies – No Additives – UK Made to GMP Standards'. These are turkey tail mushroom capsules for immune support as well as other functions. These are slightly larger than standard capsules but I don't have any trouble swallowing them with water. They are standardised to a high strength and seem to be good quality. The packaging is a plastic bottle which is my only point of criticism - I would have preferred a biodegradable pouch for this product as it is something that would be purchased monthly or every 2 months depending on how many you take a day. Overall this is a good product and I feel it works well relative to the claims.

Research, research, research.
As I've gotten older I tend to suffer with more infections/inflammation that either doesn;t heal on it's own or takes many months to do so.Googling and reviews suggested to me that mushroom supplements may help so I'm trying them.Dosage of these things is 2-4 capsules a day.I've started on one per day, as apparently some people can have issues with mushroom supplements and the last thing I need is an 'issue'.They can, it seems, also lower blood glucose, as a type 2 diabetic this would be useful to me, but it's too early to tell yet. Caution may be needed on that count if you are diabetic as whilst hypos can be 'fun' they are not a good thing.Medium sized capsule, container smells slightly of mushrooms but the tablets neither smell nor taste of anything.

These are british made to good standards, so reliable dosing.The dose for over 18 is 2-4 spread throughout the day, which is trickier to manage. However thier size, while not quite as large as a cod liver oil one-per-day capsule, is still on the larger size, and some might find difficulty swallowing. I can swallow without water, but I can with any pill I haver ever tried, these however proved a touch 'stickier' than the sligtly bigger CLO ones I take, I think due to the capsule material which is standard capsule stuff verses the CLO tablets which are gelatin type material.They are clear capsules with the mushroom extract inEach tablet is 20% of the beta glucan, so the full dose is 80%, which is good amount.Comes in a standard type tub, easy to unscrew the lid, with a seal on the top that was secure but easy enough to peel off.Overall very pleased. Good way to top up beta glucan intake on top of my weholegrain porridge intake.
