We need not worry about resource shortage because modern technology is continually making previously useless materials into valuable alternative resources, or obsoleting old ways of doing things, or eking out existing resources by using them more efficiently.So it is the level of technology that determines the wealth of a community.It could all have been said in 20 pages or less. Whether he is right or not is another matter.Still, tha author is a self-made millionaire so he must be doing something right.
