17 years later and still my favorites!!!!!
First of all gotta love dimebag Darrell. RIP to the god of metal guitar and especially the dump squeals. Been using these strings on and off for over 17 years. And I gotta say, I still love Em. Quality and sound are superb!!!!!

Dime time

Slick feeling, great sound.
I absolutely love how smooth these strings are on the finger tips. They have a great sound to them as well. They bend easily. I just upgraded my Chinese made B. C Rich Warlock with black Guyker locking tuners and a roller bridge and strung it up with these strings. I still need to upgrade the nut, but I'm leaving that to the luthier. I recommend these strings, so far. They have a good crunch to them. Well see how long the coating holds up.

Great brand but dislike the imbalanced sets
9/11/16 is garbage, because of the extremely weak 11 B string. I don't know why that's standard. Not exclusively a DR thing. If the 11 is a 12, then the E and B are equal tension and the G is a slight bump up, which is kind of how guitar sounds and feels right. DR uses a 44 for the A for some reason. This makes it 30 lbs tension while the low E is only 23. So I can't work with this brand even though they make a wide array of excellent strings. I'd probably like a custom Veritas set and sometimes use the Dimebags or Hi-Beams.

Great strings! Great price... and for dime
I got these for 2 reasons, first reason was the price is excellent, second reason is because it has dime on it... little did I know how good these strings feel and play especially hitting harmonics. These are great strings

Missing A string. Extra low E
Love the strings! But there was an extra low E string and missing A string. I'm sure its from a while ago? Kind of stunk I had to use another set. Guess I'll have some spares now.

Un classique de DR
Une fois testées, dur de passer sur une autre marque.. Un régal à jouer. Je recommande fortement les "Dimebag" ou plus simplement les Tite Fit.

Game changing.
DR strings are the best out there, been playing for 18 years and these are the best sounding to me, great for pinch harmonics, great response to any type of pickup, currently using Mick Thomson active pickups. I changed from ernie ball cobalt and they are supposed to have great output, these dimebag sigs wipe the floor with the cobalts. Try these and see for yourself.
