Best Urine Odor Eliminator I've Used
We bought this because we have senior dogs that pee in the hallway and unfortunately they do it while we sleep so it seeps into the linoleum as we can't clean it until we wake up, do it was years of this. It smelled like pee no matter what we did, we tried all the well known odor eliminators like Resolve and nada. We were skeptical when applying it for the first time as it says for the first time, really saturate the area and let it dry. We did keep our animals away from it while it was wet just in case, but the apricot smell was very pleasant and didn't bother the cats or birds which was surprising. There was still some smell so we weren't too optimistic. But after a few days if spraying it routinely, the smell that had been soaked into the floor for years was gone. We finally have a house that smells not like dog pee and I can't be happier. You think you don't get much for the price but you do, I used 1 ounce and we haven't even gone through the spray bottle it made yet.

Finally, something that works
Finally ordered this after seeing all the reviews and watching videos. We have a doodle puppy and potty training has been rough! Went have true wooden floors that are light colored. We tried different cleaning solutions, including enzyme killers. Nothing worked, at all. The smell would come right back after the floors dried. I was still a little skeptical because everything else we had tried, people swore by. I used it and waited. I purchased apricot and the smell is light, clean and fresh. I can’t believe that I can’t smell the odors anymore. It didn’t mask it, it’s gone. It doesn’t take a lot either so in my opinion due to how well it works, well worth the cost. I’ll absolutely recommend this and continue to purchase.

Our Cat is Lucky He's Cute
Like many cat owners, we share our home with a furry little criminal who occasionally feels the need to remind us that he technically owns everything. His preferred targets have included our couch, TV stand, and a wooden basement door. We clean thoroughly every time, but cat spray is basically the gift that keeps on giving when it comes to lingering odors. We've only been using this product for a handful of applications so far, diluted as directed, and we've been pairing it with an enzyme cleaner for maximum effect. Together, they've made a noticeable difference. The biggest win has been our couch. Our cat hadn't sprayed there for several months before we started using this product, but there was still that faint "is that cat pee, or am I imagining things?" smell lingering in the fabric. After treating it, the odor is completely gone. We also started using it around the wooden basement door, which had become one of his favorite places to leave strongly worded territorial messages. Since then, he hasn't sprayed there again. Granted, it's still early, and I've been a cat owner long enough to know better than to declare victory over a creature that knocks things off shelves for entertainment, but we'll take the win. I appreciate that this doesn't just cover up odors with perfume. It actually seems to help eliminate them. The areas we've treated smell clean, not "clean plus suspicious floral scent." Will this stop a determined cat from making questionable life choices? Probably not. But it has done an excellent job removing the lingering reminders of those choices. If your cat is running a one-man campaign to ensure every visitor knows he lives there, this product, especially when paired with an enzyme cleaner, is definitely worth trying. Our cat remains adorable, mildly unhinged, and currently employed as Director of Household Chaos, but at least our house smells significantly better.

Best pet product, will continue to buy again and again.
One of the best pet products out there! It completely eliminates odor when used as directed. You have to pre clean the areas first to get up as much as you can. After that, saturate the area with this stuff and the odor is completely gone and does not return. I use this when my dogs have the occasional accident, and also in routine deeper cleaning. I use it as my final step when I shampoo my carpet, and I also keep a spray bottle with it to freshen up things in between. The scent is light and pleasant as well. The size of the bottle may seem a bit small, but it’s a concentrate so a little goes a long way. It is easy to use and leaves my upholstery and carpet clean and soft. It doesn’t leave any type of residue either, just a subtle scent of apricot that is nice.

Smells Nice, But Doesn't Clean as Well as Expected
This odor eliminator has a pleasant apricot scent that is much nicer than many other pet odor products I've tried. It definitely helps freshen the area right after using it, and the smell isn't overly strong or chemical-like. Where it fell short for me was its cleaning performance. While it helped mask odors for a while, it didn't seem to remove them as effectively as I had hoped. For tougher pet messes or lingering smells, I found myself needing to use another cleaner afterward. The bottle is easy to use, and I appreciate that the formula is safe for use around pets when used as directed. However, I was expecting it to do a better job of actually eliminating odors instead of just making the area smell better. Overall, it's decent if you want a pleasant-smelling refresher, but I don't think it's the best option for deep cleaning or stubborn pet odors.

Simply wonderful.
So here’s the story that led me here. I have a rug I am incredibly fond of, unfortunately so is my dog. I’ve tried every bit of village wisdom I could gather trying to clean this rug and get the smell out of it. I bet it’s the cleanest piece of fabric in my home based on the time I’ve spent cleaning it. Pet store chemicals, professional enzyme cleaners, I even bought a legit carpet extractor for my shop vac (highly recommend) and still the faint smell would linger. I had finally had enough and I took the rug outside on a valuable Saturday and pressure washed it. The bubbles that ran out from the layers of chemicals astounded me, but finally - it was gone. Fresh. Like it never happened. That same night, my pup decided that she didn’t appreciate it and peed on it again. I was about to throw it away. Throw in the towel. The defeat was setting in. And it hurt. I called a local carpet cleaning company and was ready to spend twice as much as I originally spent on the rug to have them come out and clean it, hopefully to remove whatever trace of stench that super dog nose was still picking up that told her to go there. My trusted carpet cleaning friend told me that before calling them out ($250 minimum) to try this stuff. For 10% of the price, this was my Hail Mary. And boy did it work. I sprayed the area liberally, let it dry, did it again, and let it dry. 12 hours total. The smell was gone. Since I’d gotten this far, I saturated the entire rug in place with the hottest water I could get from the tap and spent a good 45 minutes with my extractor tool and shop vac to remove the residual KOE. I checked the ingredients and it’s pretty clean, but it was no longer about that. I wanted to see if it was an actual remover or just a mask. After this final step, I’m pleased to say the rug smells like - nothing. No KOE, none of the vast inventory of chemicals and enzyme cleaners I tried, and certainly not dog pee. This KOE smelled great as is, but when paired with a thorough rinse and liquid extraction, it left no trace and took the stank with it. I don’t write reviews. This is a rare occurrence - but then again this is a rare product. I paid money for this. I was skeptical. I am a believer now. Simply wonderful.

got this off a reddit recommendation. doesn’t just cover odors, it neutralizes them and then puts a new smell there! i got fresh and honestly, smells EXACTLY like black ice little trees. i like it, but it isn’t what i thought i’d be getting with “fresh” as the only description hint. i want to try the other scents, i don’t really want to keep a car type smell as my home freshener per-se but i used this in my jeep and smells great! (UPDATE: i called the company, and they’re sending me out a new “fresh” as it seems i received “frost” in the fresh labeled bottle. very friendly people) scent is still there a few days later so we’ll see how it lasts. i use this after using hocl on plush or thick things to disinfect first because i have two maine coons in a small apartment, and i’m medically sensitive to certain odors. overall great product, wish it had descriptions of the scents though.

Works GREAT for me!
I have two dogs, one of which started marking. I have three cats, one of which started territory marking. I have mildew issues as well. This stuff did require repeated use, and I had to actually address the root cause of the pet odor (or of course it's going to keep coming back, duh) but I've gone through one full bottle and it works better than anything else I've used. And personally I like the smell of the fresh scent, though I know not everyone will. I also kinda like that it doesn't linger forever, because it would clash badly with my candles and incense. So for me, this has been amazing. Not even the enzyme cleaners worked this well. I use it in my vacmop, under the sink, on my furniture, on the rugs, in the laundry... sometimes I'll wash with vinegar first but it may not completely remove the odor, then I hit it with KOE and not only does it not smell like vinegar anymore (win) but the stinky odor is gone. I see people saying they got half bottles or whatever, my order was great and I'm ordering more today.

Si elimina totalmente el olor!
Es caro pero vale la pena, había probados varios anteriormente y ninguno quitaba del todo el olor. Este lo elimina totalmente. Y si dura porque se necesita muy poco producto.

This works
This cleaner is fantastic. Lovely fragrance. I know it’s expensive, and yes I was shocked at how small the bottle was for the price but you do not need to use a lot. I have 5 big dogs. I am no longer conscious of my house smelling doggy. After I’ve mopped the floors I through the water outside and the patio smells so much better. Would highly recommend
