Use with sweat cream
I bought these to use with sweat cream while I work out, to hopefully shrink my upper arms. They are easy to put on and you can adjust to the compression you choose. I definitely think it is helping, but need longer to truly know.

Perfect.
Been using this for bicep tendonitis and tho I was skeptical, it really does help. Kind of holds the bicep in place. I have found it easier to use than a sling, much easier to put on and the double-ended velcro makes everything easier. Very impressed.

Arm sleeve
This arm sleeve just did not fit right. It puckered when tightened and was a little difficult to adjust

Not bad, not great
These provide me some support and offer a bit of relief during certain movements. However, they do have some drawbacks. They're a bit awkward to get on since you have to do it with only the opposite hand. I've found it best to secure one side, then the other, and then come back and re-adjust the first strap again. Getting the vel-cro aligned for a secure and comfortable fit can sometimes take multiple adjustments. The material is a bit stiff but I think that might be by design. If it had too much flex it wouldn't be as effective.I'm able to perform pull-ups and bench press (basically bending the elbows to about 70 to 80 degrees before they restrict the movement too much or make it uncomfortable. They should be fine for other exercises and racquet sports like pickleball or tennis. While not an absolute cure for my needs, they do help a little bit.

Slighly awkward, stiff
YAVOUN Arm Compression Brace for Men & Women, Bicep Tendonitis Brace Increases Heat & Sweat Production to The Forearm, Tricep, and Elbows, Pain Relief Slimming (Pink+Black, 10" -15.7")This is better suited for when you don't want as much mobility. It's quite stiff and I found it a bit awkward to put on myself, and get it tight enough. I put it on and attached the velcro on one side, then the other, and went back and forth until it was tight enough. I don't see myself using this as often as my other ones because I think the use is a bit more limited, but it will be nice to have on hand if I need limited movement.

Good bicep compression brace
These bicep support bands work well. They have rubberized grips at the top similar to women's stockings. The rest of the side touching the arm is also a rubber-like material. The result is that it is unlikely it will slip down your arm. The velcro straps are thick so that they don't come undone while you are wearing them. The edging contrasts with the rest of the band so that it is easy to see where the edges with velcro are touching the rest of the arm band. The support offered by the band is good.

Limits
Kinda of hard to put on yourself. Limits motion. Good support.
