The packing was excellent. I was looking for a lap top bag to take while travelling. This bag looks elegant and the size is perfect. The extra attached pouch is really handy to keep your phone. Just wish there was an extra zipper compartment inside to keep cards or cash. I am happy with my purchase.Disappointed after using the bag for couple of times. The zipper of the small pouch came off. Thankfully , I had my phone in my hand and not in the pouch. I was happy with my purchase but this was a bummer.

The Chain & lock got damaged in first day use only, no replacement after 10days, it’s painful after spending money, you don’t get any quality & return.

Recieved my bag today, the quality and overall look is amazing n the bag is very sturdy however the pockets on the inside are stitched upside down , which makes it useless .... Hence returning it
