No they do not last as long as the $10 a piece dawalt ones but at the price I'll change it a little sooner and still save a lot of money

Yeah these are perfect for removing rust on big metal items. They are definitely aggressive, be careful and go slow if you are working on thin metal so you don't go all the way through! Recommeded.

At best, I'm a novice. Therefore, how I use these flap discs is different from how a business would. They work well for removing corrosion from metal before welding, slag that is difficult to remove, or perhaps just bad welding technique. In any case, the grit of these discs are 120 and can be useful depending on the substance and the object of the removal. Discs' beveled angles allow for close proximity in difficult-to-reach places. The maximum RPM for these discs is 13,0000. It's possible that the machine being utilized is to blame if these discs are breaking or cracking. If it spins at a speed greater than the maximum RPM advised for these discs, that would present a problem. I'm merely putting it out there as a potential. However, these outperform my expectations in terms of durability and endurance. On my DeWalt 4.5 angle grinder, it fits perfectly. Highly advised.

I’ve had the opportunity to use these disks on projects for about a month. Sali flap disks have been doing a good job for every project we used them for. Mostly on aluminum and steel. I took some side pictures to show you that they have more flaps than the cheap flap disks that come apart in no time. These seem to be made very well and have not had any failures on either grinder. One grinder we use is electric and one is air. No problems. The fit is good inside the guard on my 4 ½ inch grinders. Mounting is with standard 7/8 or 22mm arbor, not threaded. A nice product that I can recommend.

Tried these flap discs over a few other amazon brands because of the price. They definetely do not last as long as the other amazon brands. But you get what you pay for. They are $25 for 20 discs.

Used them in restoration of a rusty skid steer and they were great must better than a different brand would purchase again good value
