I bought this blanket because I couldn’t afford to keep switching on the heating all the time. I needed something that would keep me warm and cost me little to nothing on my electric bills. What I can say is that this heated blanket is amazing! It is very easy to use and heats up fast. This heated throw size is perfect for me, big enough to cover me and my spouse comfortably.What’s really cool is that it has 10 heat settings and a 10 hour timer mode which allows me to adjust the temperature exactly to how I need it! I loved that it has an auto off timer for safety, so no worries if I’ve fallen asleep and forgotten to turn it off.The power cord is a good length too so I can pretty much plug it in anywhere at home or even at the office. I have tried other brands and they weren’t that good; this one is by far the thickest, cosiest and best quality, giving me the best value.

Bought this for the wife who loved it for the 6 months it worked. It then just stopped heating up properly. It would get slightly warm so it wasn't a power issue but it just wasn't proving much heat anymore.The supplier offered a full refund however so they came good on that and requested us to dispose of the blanket ourselves. It still works as a general blanket though so overall I am happy with it but the wife just wishes it had carried on working. May try the same one as a replacement for her this winter, hoping that the original was a one off.

This product has a very soft touch material, insulated on the outside to limit the heat loss. Typical of all electric blankets heat varies from area to area a little but not enough to prevent this product from doing its job well. I use this on my chair to cut down on my heating costs. I used it on my bed and the length was good, the width is just enough on a single bed. Too be a real cheapskate just put the setting on 5 with a cover on top. This product will pay for its self very quickly if you limit your heating. For the money it’s definitely worth giving a go. I live on the South Coast.
