Great for weightlifters
I love this thing. As an active olympic weightlifter, I use this after shaving down calluses so that my skin is nice and smooth. I have given this as a gift to other weightlifters and to rock climbers and all have loved it. Lasts a long time since it is aluminum.

Do you have a gymnast in your house?
Excellent for gymnasts, CrossFit athletes or lifters. Tired of tearing the callouses off your palms? Get your hands on this! The balm included is also great quality and leaves your palms soft and smooth. We got the teal green and love the color. I highly recommend this product.

Small hands....
The size is very large. Women- this is a great product, but I was scared to buy the smaller travel looking version.... would have probably been better for the size of my hands.

The return of soft hands!
After years of bar/barbell work, my hands were basically sandpaper. I wish I had bought this sooner - would have saved me a lot of pain and weird looks when people shake my hand. The twisting action is key - so much more effective than a flat file. Get one!!!
