I have used and enjoyed Lacidoll humidifiers for years now. What attracted me to research on this company at first was the fact that their humidifiers can be refilled with water without taking out any tank or reservoir. Since then, I have found better reasons to try them out and I have never been disappointed. Below are the main things I am so happy about with my units (especially the one I have in my bedroom, pictured here):- Large water reservoir so there's no need to constantly refill.- Top loading/refilling capability and there's no need to turn off the unit while refilling.- The unit I have now also has a light in the reservoir, making it convenient to refill without overflowing.- It works quietly and is easy to clean and maintain.- It efficiently humidifies my whole room and up to 3K SQF!There are many other things I like about their products, but the best reason I like Lacidoll is the care their team extends to their customers. They are polite and they respond quickly when you contact them for help. And they will do everything they can to help. Shout out to Lacidoll Customer Service Center!!!

We ordered the humidifier to cover a large area and it works great. Easy to roll over to the sink and just fill it up. The first one we received the remote would not work (yes, I put a new battery in) although you can use it without the remote, I contacted the company through Amazon and they sent us a new one right away. We really like the unit and it is very quiet and easy to use. We will be getting another one to replace one that is very annoyingly loud. Even though with the top directional on it looks a little weird. Yes, I would recommend it.

The tower with extender design is great for getting the steam above bed height without taking up nightstand space. The tube detached at least once a night, though. I finally attached a 1/4” hose clamp to hold the tube on a few days ago and that has solved the problem.

Hd this product less than a year and it totally failed. Throughout its short life the water pump wouldn't stay attached to the line that feed the humidifier element. After a cleaning it never restarted. Completely unacceptable.Will not go near this brand again!

This humidifier is easy to use, it holds quite a bit of water and is heavy if full. I would recommend filling it on the ground with a pitcher or faucet that has an extender. The remote is easy to understand. Read the instructions, you need to place a pad inside of the unit prior to running it. Very quiet.

I would love to give this unit 5 stars. However I can only give it three because each time I have checked the unit, it has stopped running because the hose doesn’t stay attached to either the underwater pump or the top. I have had to stick my arm down, pull out the hose and reattached it four times already. I just received it yesterday. Once I find a solution to this problem, I may be able to come back and revise my review but for now, I am extremely frustrated.

High quality, nice size, strong mist and tons of options for timers, humidity level and display. Will purchase another for my upstairs!

Like its design, fits nice in the room. Like the options it gives. Good value, easy to use and clean. Like this purchase.
