I use an old iPhone which does not have a good battery life and I wanted to get a Powerbank for it . This is the best decision I made because it is very cheap and easily carryable . It charges my phone to 100 4 times and it charges fast with only 4 hours

I bought this Amazon Basics 20000mAh power bank for my parents who were traveling from India to Canada. Let me tell you, it was a complete disaster.First off, when they opened the package, the power bank was in pieces. Literally. It looked like it had been through a war before it even reached us. Then, when they tried to turn it on, nothing happened. Zip. Zilch. Nada. What's the point of buying something that doesn't even start up? It's beyond useless.This has got to be the worst Amazon Basics product I've ever laid my hands on. It's not just bad; it's atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. We'll definitely be returning it once my parents get back to India. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this dumpster fire of a power bank.

Yes, I like this product. It is good and useful to me. But the weight is more and little inconvenience to carry.

Waste of money:1) Heating issue while charging my phone. It is not considerable to much heat.2) It took 2.5 hours to charger my phone which support 68watt charging. Although power bank support 22.5watt output.3) I charged my 5000mah battery 0-100% then after when I again charge power bank charge my phone from 0-20% only. It show it company claim is flase about 10000mah it may be 6000mah approx.

Well-made charger, standard Amazon Basics verdicts, simplistic yet functional design with good quality material. Once massive let down is that USB-A and USB-C don't seem to be able to output power simultaneously? The only caveat I can think of is that this may depend on the number of phones you plug into and how much power the phones are drawing from the power bank...
