Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 33.5 oz (Pack of 1)

If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! After learning my long-time breakfast cereal, Cheerios, is full of glyphosates, I went on a search for an organic and healthy cereal that wouldn’t be miserable to eat.I found this and immediately bought 8lbs worth. This is one of the best cereals I’ve ever had or seen. The ingredients are top notch and, while I generally don’t want sugar in my cereal, is low enough to make it enjoyable to eat but not excessive.Definitely crunchy but they soften when in milk for several minutes.I’m a very active man in his 30s and find that this is good for energy and keeps you full for quite long. The price is also just right.I’ll be a buyer forever!

I love that it is made with Khorasan wheat (which is even better than whole wheat)! If I’m running late or in a rush I can eat this cereal knowing it’s healthy for me. A cool tip is that you can also use this as granola, (regular granola is full of sugar). This adds a nice crunch and nutty flavor to my yogurt bowls!! Getting my second bag.

Great quality ingredients, stays crunchy in milk and tastes great! I use primarily Khorasan and Einkorn grains which I most often grind into flour to bake with, so having Khorasan as the first listed ingredient drew my attention.When I ordered it, I didn’t know what to expect palatability wise but hoped for the best as I’ve enjoyed other products from Nature’s Path. One never knows about how “healthy” foods will taste based on ratings or word of mouth as what one person thinks is the absolute best, another will think is absolutely gross.It’s great with milk as a cereal, but I mostly scarf it down dry as a snack, sometimes with nuts or dried fruit mixed in which changes it up a bit.A while back I found out from ordering a different product which was also from Nature's Path, that when inventory is approaching its “best by” date Amazon lists that particular inventory for a very discounted price to clear it out - but neither listing mention's anything about a quickly approaching best by date, which takes people by surprise the first time they order/receive the thusly discounted product. When available it will be found at the bottom section of the purchase panel, under “Other sellers on Amazon/Amazon Resale.” That was the case when I purchased a 4 pack for under 25.00, which has a best by date of 07/28/25 (the date will of course vary by box/shipment). The first pack came only 6 days ago, but I’m eating it so quickly that I ordered another while there is still some available at such a great price 😊.Great stuff, great price – happy customer!

They taste good and are satisfying!

Natures Path flakes are a good quality cereal that are good for you and are filled with quality tasty flakes that fill you up with a good breakfast. They are a fairly hard flake that does not soak up milk easily. They have a good wholesome texture that makes them an excellent start of a new day.

■食感"しっとり"より"ザクザク"で食べ応えのあるタイプがお好きな方におすすめです。グラノーラは最初はザクザクで美味しいですけど、直ぐにふやけてグニャグニャになるのがなんとなく苦手でした。こちらはふやけ難く、最後までザクザク美味しく食べられました！届いて一杯食べて気に入って、直ぐに2袋目を注文してしまいました。理想のザクザク食感のシリアルに出会えて嬉しいです。■甘さ他の方のレビューにあるように、ほんのり甘いです。その甘さも砂糖ではなく「有機さとうきび糖、はちみつ」とのことで、安心して食べられます。ただ、一般的なシリアルよりは少ないですが、確かに糖は入っているので、無糖を食べたい方にはオススメしません。■その他他の方のレビューにあるように、パッケージに書いてあるブルーベリーは入っていないのでお気を付けください。入っているのはザクザクしたシリアルのみです(笑)

Love this cereal, was happy to find it’s sold in Australia, used to purchase in the US when I lived there. Zero sugar, every single cereal here in Oz has either stevia, or sugar.
