Product works as described. Easy to install. We added glow tape for additional safety for times we are camping in a low light environment.

had to do some thinking
Unless I read the instructions incorrectly, it said to pre drill 1/8 inch hole. That is too small for the fasteners provided. The first one cammed out and I was lucky to get it backed out. I measured the minor diameter of the fastener and something closer to 3/16 would work better for the predrilled hole. Lucky for me I had a fastener that would work in place of the damaged one. If I misread the instructions, I would give this a 4 star. Additionally, after a one-day trip the foam in the handle is splitting. Have contacted their customer support twice and no response yet. Don't see how I'm fixing this without removing it and that would require scraping the caulk and a lot of bs cleanup. This would not guarantee that a replacement would be any more reliable. Not too happy at the moment. Will update if things get resolved.
