I've taken other energy boost/endurance supplements in the past, horny goat weed and maca root being some examples.This has worked for me in a similar manner that those previous supplements have. They give me a little more endurance which in turn allows me to do my tasks and physical labor for longer periods of time.I didn't get jitters when taking this one. Some other supplements have made me jittery in the past, but this one has not.The capsules are easy to swallow and have no foul taste to them, which is definitely a good thing, as other supplements, HGW for example, some of those tasted like cigarette ash. Looking over the ingredients, nothing seems out of the ordinary.This supplement has helped me go the extra mile when it comes to things like push mowing or weedeating yards, so I'd say it definitely helps with performance.

This is a quality, all natural way to provide a boost to your already good to medium levels. Excellent if you want to try something that won't break the bank and is drug free. Your not going to get the feeling you are superman or super-woman, but you will get a better feeling daily and you will get a slight bump in your recovery and energy. For the price and minimal effort it's worth a try. Recommend.

I ordered this after reading a lot about the potential ability of Tongkat Ali to naturally boost testosterone. I'm a very physically active man in his mid 50s and I work out in the gym several times a week. Since I started taking this supplement, I've noticed that I can lift more in the gym and work out for longer time periods than I used to. It's not an extreme change, but it is noticeable. I haven't experienced any side effects so far. This will permanently be on my daily supplement regimen!

I stared feeling anxious and depressed 7-10 days after taking the product.

The pills are easy to swallow. The ingredients match other Tong kat Ali I've gotten. I take a lot of supplements so I'm not sure how it works but it does seem to be good quality.

These were ordered because my mother told me she takes this type of supplement and it helps her with energy. I know the bottle says for men, but so does hers, so I figured why not try it. I also compared to bottles online that do not specify gender, and it seems to be pretty much the same thing, which is basically just the Longjack root, this just has it in a higher quantity than some. I have been taking for about a week now daily, and have yet to have any change in energy levels. I feel no change at all. I do not believe this supplement is benefitting me in any way, but it is possible it's doing more internal help than outward. I will keep taking this, but, it's not something I am impressed with personally so far. Others I have spoken to say they experienced energy same day when they started taking longjack root supplements too, and I have to question whether their products have added vitamins. I do not know, and am left on the fence with this. Which is why I am giving this a 4 star. It very well could be working in my body, just I feel no physical change yet and am as tired as ever. If my viewpoint on this changes, and it does start to work, I will update my review, until then, still tired as ever.
