A good investment for your shoulder
I used to have a similar one at my workplace. Since I work mostly from home now, I need a chair like this to help with my shoulder pain. It is easy to assemble by myself. After using it for two days, I feel my shoulder and my back pain are getting much better, not as stiff as before, as it helps you sit in an ergonomic position. You may feel your knees need to relax for a while if you sit on it too long. My suggestion is that you try to adjust the position of the knee pad so that not too much pressure on your knee. It is very good that they are adjustable.

Not comfortable for me on shins
Assembled, tried, returned. Returns take over a month to process refunds for this item, which is pretty wild. The chair itself was decent quality but it was not solid 100% wood. Additionally, the cushions had a cheap appearance to them as well. The screws were cheap in that they warp when unscrewing. Was not comfortable to me and it was an eyesore. I recommend a standing desk instead to people who have back problems at desks. Get a cushy mat to stand on with it.

Helps with keeping back straight
Easy assembly, we were able to put it together in 10mins. Interesting design for a desk chair with a rocking base. The rock base reinforces the straight back posture for an optimal screen viewing angle. You can rest on your shins on the lower cushion while leaning forward or sit straight back with feet on the lower platform. Each cushion has position adjustments for height and angles for multi combinations. The cushion is not comfortable for hours of sitting but I am using this chair in conjunction with a motorized standing desk to keep changing my position through the day so it is okay. You need to be a little careful stepping in and out of the chair to avoid tripping yourself.

Comfortable, but there are some issues
Despite the multiple "upgrades" to this chair that are described in the listing, I'm underwhelmed. The placement of the crossbraces doesn't do much to stabilize the chair side-to-side at the top. If you wiggle in your seat, the entire seat twists and creaks (and I'm only 150#). It also creaks and bows when rocking. I've checked the installation twice, but it just seems poorly supported at the seat level. The vertical adjustments do let me get it at a comfortable height between knees and butt, but even on the lowest seat height, it's too tall for my desktop. The included monitor stand is a help, but it also requires the keyboard, mouse, and writing surfaces to go up as well. If your total desk height is not adjustable, using this may pose a problem.

Decent kneeling chair
I just assembled this kneeling chair. Took a little time. Maybe 30 mins. It would have been nice if they labelled the parts with a sticker. After assembly, I sat on it, made some adjustments, sat again, further adjusted. I think I found a good spot for my size. I wish they gave more info on optimal positioning. They basically just say "trial and error" in the manual. I did find the leather stitching/ribbing work to be a little sloppy. Hopefully it holds together. For those who don't read the manual, this will have some shakiness/flex to it. That is by design according to the manufacturer. It doesn't feel unsafe or anything but if you rock side to side, you'll feel the movement of the frame flexing.

Works great!
Only took about 25 minutes to put together by myself. Only got to sit in it for a few minutes today, but I could immediately tell that it’s more comfortable than any traditional office chair. I work from home and am sitting at a desk between 10 and 14 hours each day. This chair will help relieve some resultant back pain.
