Overheated due to factory error!
A sticker left on the cooler unit during 'the build' resulted in the unit OVERHEATING. My 20 year old son was asked to run tests by the company, then discussed the procedure by telephone with their customer services on how to dismantle the cooler to remove the sticker. After lengthy discussions it was unfortunately too difficult to re connect the unit screws with the equipment we had available. Fortunately we have an excellent local PC repair shop which fixed it promptly (at our own cost.) We did have the option to send it back for repair to the seller. However to avoid the hassle and timescale issues we sorted it out ourselves. For such an expensive piece of kit it was a rather disappointing experience.
