This EMS Massaging device is great, its the first time I have come across a Tens Machine that has so many modes and settings, you can choose from 16 modes which will give you lots of different massaging techniques, from a flat palm kneading massage to Shiatsu. Acupuncture and Foot Reflexology are also two of the modes, along with several others I haven't come across before now.The instruction booklet is written in pretty clear and concise English and has helpful tips, such as add a few drops of water to the Electrode Pads, before and after using to pre-long their life.The machine also comes with a very handy graph showing where to place the pads to help with hundreds of problems, from a toothache to hemorrhoids! I had a headache when I was studying the graph, I noticed the pressure point for headache was showing to be about the width of a hand above the ankle, so I gave it a try, placed the pad in position, set the machine to Acupuncture and on a gentle pulse for 20 minutes, low and behold by the end of the process my headache had gone! I suppose it could have gone away on its own, but I do hope it was with the help of this machine as it will be so useful if it works as quick and drug-free as that!All of the components appear to be of good quality, this unusually even came with a USB Wall Charger Adapter, its just a shame it will only fit into American Wall Socket, not a problem though, I'm sure we all have a suitable UK adapter plug.Overall I think this will prove to be a really useful little device and is fully worthy of the 5 stars I have given.For your confidence in this Vine Voice review, I am under no obligation as to what I can or cannot write and I only ever leave honest and unbiased reviews whether they be good or bad.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.

I recently recieved the TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator with 24 Modes and USB Rechargeable feature, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The build quality of the device is excellent, and the 24 modes of use, along with variable strength and timer, make it a versatile tool for a variety of muscle issues.The TENS Unit comes with 2 medium and 2 large pads, which are reusable and easily replaceable when necessary. I tried the device on my calves after a busy week at work, and it definitely helped my issues with restless leg syndrome. The standard push-to-fit connectors mean that a wide variety of pads are available, making it easy to use with various body parts.I was pleased to note that the device comes complete with the charger and cable, which is much better than just getting the cable. The USB rechargeable feature is convenient, and I appreciate not having to worry about replacing batteries.At a great price, the TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator is definitely worth the money. It should be interesting to see the different effects the machine has when going through all the modes. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and effective muscle stimulator.
