I received mine recently and found that I cannot change it to vibrate mode. I again reviewed the instructions ( troubleshooting) and cannot get it to vibrate. I also think the pictures are misleading. I thought it would have a backlight or some type of lighted key pad. I sent 2 emails and made 1 phone call to them, for information on the product and I was completely ignored. The Keypad design and feel was good but the fact it didn't work correctly and the customer service is worse then the product. Won't purchase another item from HeyNow and will inform others to do the same.

This is a useful little gadget to have on you for the times you need it. Which I havent come across very often, but when I did I was glad to have it. My only complaint is that it uses a USB adapter to work but it doesnt have a place to store it like most wireless mouses do, even though there is a lot of empty space in the unit making it more ergonomical. So you're left with carrying two things rather than just one. I cut a small portion out of the top and placed the USB stick in there and it works perfectly.

The images that the seller shows don't do this item any justice. This product has a great "gloss-less" keyboard/touchpad! The matte pad feels amazing on my finger tips and does not show fingerprints—no one should use any devices while with greasy fingers anyway. I was unsure about buying it at first because I thought that the keys would be too small for my fingers and that this would make it impossible to type comfortably. The keys are plenty big. Item is a bit taller (0.5 inch) than a passport.

Don't buy this expecting it'll work perfectly with your Xbox, it doesn't! All you can do with it is scrolling up and down and THAT'S IT! When you use it on a PC, it works well enough but who would want to use it on a PC? Not me.

The touch is soo sensitive that if you move, wait, then try to move it again it registers as a mouse press. There is no webpage, so i tried check if there is any software or something and nothing.

Tried to work with my smart TV but only messed it up. Kept bring up the menu on TV, while we were trying to watch, super annoying. only fix was to unplug the dongle and not use.

This remote is one of a kind and works great with my lg smart TV best remote on Amazon for this price and recommend this to anyone

Simple, easy to use. Worked well with Raspberry Pi. Mode switch between keyboard and mouse/touchpad very well done.
