I bought the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream almost out of urgency. My skin had been looking dull, dry, and tight lately, and I realized I really needed to start taking better care of my face. I wasn’t looking for anything complicated—just a moisturizer that actually worked and wouldn’t irritate my skin. After using it for a few weeks, I’m really glad I gave it a try. The gel-cream texture is very lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or heavy feeling. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s fragrance-free, which makes it feel gentle even on days when my skin is a little sensitive. From the first few uses, my skin felt noticeably more hydrated. That tight, dry feeling started to go away, and my face began to look fresher and healthier. I also like that it contains hyaluronic acid, which seems to help keep my skin moisturized throughout the day. I wouldn’t call it a miracle product that transforms your skin overnight, but it’s definitely a great basic moisturizer if you’re starting a simple skincare routine and need real hydration. For someone like me who just wanted to improve my appearance and begin taking better care of my skin, this has been a really good choice. I would definitely buy it again.

This is my first time buying the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream, and I already love it. The texture is fantastic—the gel cream goes on smooth and isn't greasy or sticky at all. Once it absorbs into my skin, my face and neck feel soft and subtly hydrated. Just really lovely. Highly recommend!

This moisturizer is very easy to use but I don't love it during winter when my skin is extremely dry. It will probably be the perfect moisturizer for summer time. It is not a thick moisturizer, it's also kind of watery (which I guess I should have known that from the name) and it dries very quickly. I don't think it's super moisturizing but it does an ok job. My skin is soft after using it and it does help my skin feel less dry. There are just other moisturizers I like better.

The gel cream texture is nice because it doesn’t feel heavy or greasy, but it still works well for normal/dry skin. The little trial-size cleanser was a nice bonus too.

Replaced my $160 skin medica ha5 moisturizer! Had been using the skin medica moisturizer for my oily and acne prone skin for 2.5 years and it was the only thing that didn’t clog my pores. After having our first child and trying to cut back on expenses I decided to try this expecting that when I try any new moisturizer I will break out. I’m 3 weeks in and have noticed no difference in my skin from when I was using my $160 moisturizer!! Truly only complaint is the packaging. I use a qtip each time so I don’t get any bacteria in the product. Wish it came in a tube but the glass is aesthetic and nice too. I’m going to be a lifer of this product at this price point!

This is wonderful for my 75 year old face! I can absolutely see the difference. It’s not greasy goes on smoothly and is invisible on my skin. My skin looks and feels better and I can’t honestly say it plumps out those unsightly wrinkles.
