Spacious and easy to clean
I got this dehydrator for 2 reasons, the first is to dehydrate fruits to use on cereals and snacks, the second is my partner makes her rabbits treats as she has struggled to find treats which aren't full of preservatives etc. so she knows what's in them. The whole casing is made of stainless steel, which is perfect when it comes to cleaning and therefore is easy to maintain. The door is made of glass and there is a light button so you can see your fruits etc. rather than needing to open a door which allows moisture to disrupt the dehydrating process. You get 6 trays which are also stainless and slot into the dehydrator perfectly. It also comes with a "cook book" which is really handy if I wanted to venture out into other things. There are no nobs or dials, just smooth push buttons which also makes it easy to wipe clean. My only issue with this machine is the timer will only go up in 30min increments with an annoying "beep" each time. I was expecting to hold down to allow the timer to either jump times or go up quicker, unfortunately this isn't the case. Dehydrating fruits for example does take a very long time (I leave at least overnight on very thinly slices) and it does take some time for me to get to the correct timer setting. The temperature setting goes up in 5 degree increments and goes as low as 35 degrees which will be great when I start doing some potpourri.Overall, for the price, I am impressed by this dehydrator, although I have knocked a star off for it's frustrating temperature and timer settings.

Ticked all boxes.
Obviously it all depends on what your needs are when it comes to volumes of food needing dehydration - but for a small family it would definitely suffice. It looks smart, it has multiple shelves, it's efficient, it is very easy to program and adjust and has an additional stiff latch to protect tiny fingers from opening it accidentally. Nice electronic sounds too plus electric inspection light you can turn on any time you like, and increase/decrease temperature/time without needing to stop it.Overall - very pleased with this purchase, hope this item will take off as it deserves every attention for its cuteness and functionality. Excellent.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even drying, lots of space for a compact unit. Feels a little flimsy!
At this pricepoint, I'm impressed. I've wanted to get into Beef Jerky making for a long time, and this has very much allowed me to do so! It's a rather compact little unit, but with 6 trays, you can really utilise the space and efficiency here and dehydrate a lot at the same time. The metal walls, clips and feet do feel a little flimsy, but for this price, it's still a very good value. Even drying for all ingredients I've tested so far. Recommended!

Reliable and easy-to-use dehydrator
I’ve been using this dehydrator for a variety of foods, and it performs exceptionally well. The stainless steel trays are easy to clean, and the large capacity allows me to dehydrate different items simultaneously. The glass front door makes it convenient to monitor the drying process without opening it. I particularly like the adjustable temperature and timer settings, which provide precise control depending on what I’m dehydrating. It’s a robust and user-friendly appliance that has become an essential part of my kitchen.

A new frontier
In the past I've tried dehydrating food in the oven and it worked so I have been intrigued by these machines for a while. It's quite small, which I think is a good thing as I don't have to give up too much storage space in the kitchen. The six trays are fairly tightly packed in the dehydrator so it can take a reasonable amount of stuff. I've ordered this to deal with the overabundance of apples from my garden, so I had think of something to try it out and I went and picked some herbs. Parsley, sage flowers and chive flowers. The Parsley and ssage dried to a crisp in four hours, but the chive flowers didn't get there after eight, at which point I thought I would stop as it was getting ridiculous. The cook book is interesting, in that it offers a window into stuff I would never have considered. (Dried chicken breast for my pet?) In amongst the recipes are some clues as to how to approach other foodstuffs, but there's much more online. I can see that this will be trial and error really, but I am looking forward to exploring.

All I can say is BEEF JERKY!
Quite honestly, I never really saw myself owning a dehydrator. It's not really something that you really think about. It's not like you're sitting watching Coronation Street, and you suddenly think, "Oooh, do you know what I need? A really nice dehydrator for the weekend". So, this was definitely an impulse click when I was offered the chance to test it, and it is a bit of a niche product unless you have a specific use case for it.Having said that, it's wonderful! THE BEEF JERKY IS AMAZING! We tried to make some in our Air Fryer, which has a dehydrate option, but it just didn't work as well as this. We've dehydrated all sorts to try, like strawberries, lemons/limes (for a cheeky beverage every now and then), and some other fruits to snack on, and quite honestly, it's an exceptional piece of kit.It comes with 6 trays, so you can dehydrate a variety of foods at the same time, and a little cookbook, which I thought was a nice touch. It takes a little bit of trial and error (in my experience), and a little bit of experimentation with timings and temperatures to get some stuff just right, but in all honesty I went in completely blind. This is a little on the bulky side and is probably comparable in size to our double drawer air fryer, so you will need a little bit of counter space. It can also be quite loud during operation. It's very niche but very versatile, and it makes some outstanding beef jerky!4/5 - Great Product!
